This warranty is provided by Epic Epoxy to the original purchaser for the epoxy garage floor coating installed at the property listed on the invoice.

Warranty Coverage (10 Years):

Epic Epoxy warrants that the installed epoxy floor coating will be free from peeling, delamination (loss of adhesion), and major coating failure under normal residential use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation.

If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, Epic Epoxy will, at its sole discretion:  

• Repair the affected area, or
  

• Recoat the affected portion of the floor
  

This warranty applies only to the original installation area and is non-transferable.

What is NOT Covered:

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

• Moisture or hydrostatic pressure from the concrete slab
  

• Cracks in concrete ocurring after installation
  

• Hot tire pickup or damage from excessive heat
  

• Improper use, abuse, or neglect
  

• Chemical spills (including but not limited to battery acid, solvents, or harsh chemicals)
  

• Impact damage, gouging, or heavy equipment  
  

• Improper cleaning or maintenance
  

• Acts of nature (flooding, fire, etc.)
  

• Pre-existing concrete issues not visible or disclosed at time of installation
  

Color fading, minor surface scratches, and normal wear and tear are not considered defects.

Conditions of Warranty

• Customer must follow basic cleaning guidelines advised upon 
  

• Any claim must be reported within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered
  

• Epic Epoxy must be given reasonable access to inspect and repair the floor
  

• Full payment for the original job must have been made
  

Limitations of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or recoating of the affected area only. 
Epic Epoxy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, or personal injury.

Important Note

Concrete is a natural material and can shift, crack, and allow moisture over time. These conditions are beyond the control of Epic Epoxy and are not covered under this warranty.

Agreement

By proceeding with installation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this warranty.
